Integrated Water Services acquires Tetrasolv Filtration

June 23, 2026 — Austin, Texas — Integrated Water Services, Inc. (IWS) acquired Tetrasolv Filtration, a company that provides filtration, separation, media services, and mobile treatment rentals for water and wastewater applications.

The acquisition adds filtration, media services, mobile treatment rentals, and field service capabilities to IWS’ water and wastewater treatment portfolio.

This deal follows IWS' recent acquisition of Complete Filtration Resources, which expanded the group's portfolio of process filtration capabilities into the dairy and food and beverage markets.

Tetrasolv’s technologies and services will be integrated with IWS’ wastewater treatment, water reuse, membrane bioreactor (MBR), and aeration operations. The combined organization will serve industrial and municipal customers across water treatment, remediation, and water reuse applications.

"Welcoming Tetrasolv into the IWS family advances our mission to deliver modular, scalable, process and wastewater solutions with unmatched economic value," said Cody Phipps, CEO of IWS. "As regulatory pressures mount and environmental demands evolve, mid-market clients need sophisticated, reliable technologies with sustaining aftermarket services. By combining Tetrasolv's ASME-certified manufacturing and advanced media capabilities with our core technologies, we are uniquely positioned to transform how water is managed and reused. We are delivering complete, multi-decade infrastructure from day one and protecting both our customers' bottom lines and the environment."

Tom Rooney, chairman of IWS, said the acquisition also adds recurring service and rental revenue streams to the company.

Tetrasolv will operate as a subsidiary of the IWS group, maintaining its manufacturing headquarters in Anderson, Indiana and its service centers in Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
