May 14, 2026 — Austin, Texas — Integrated Water Services, Inc. (IWS) acquired Complete Filtration Resources, a company that provides filtration and industrial wastewater solutions, with expertise in the food and beverage industry—specifically in the dairy sector.
The acquisition expands IWS’ industrial wastewater capabilities and process filtration expertise. Complete Filtration’s industrial wastewater treatment team will join IWS’ membrane bioreactor (MBR), aeration, and water reuse operations, broadening the company’s offerings for food and beverage customers.
This acquisition is expected to:
- Expand capabilities across process filtration and wastewater treatment.
- Increase the companies’ presence in industrial and food and beverage industries.
- Add modular treatment and reuse solutions for industrial customers.
- Broaden digital monitoring, remote operations, and system optimization services.
